Our Rejuvenate Recalathon is about improving physical and mental well-being by indulging the senses, soothing sore muscles and clearing tired minds. Each of the treatments will help individuals relax and revive, restoring energy and increasing positivity and productivity.

What YouCan Experience

As with all of our Recalathons, your group can complete the Rejuvenate Recalathon in its entirety over a few days. Alternatively, you can select modules from this Recalathon, along with modules from others, to create a tailored programme.


Back Massage

Back massage is known to reduce stress, pain and tension, improve blood circulation and energy levels and lower heart rate and blood pressure.

Seaweed Body Scrub

Seaweed is full of humectants and vitamin E which will hydrate and moisturise your skin. It also contains amino acids which have anti-ageing properties.

Facial Massage

Facial massage is not just for improving the appearance of your skin. It also aids relaxation and can be particularly beneficial for tension headaches and jaw tightness.

Hydrotherapy Bath

The warm water of a hydrotherapy bath is known to relieve tension, boost the immune system, rehabilitate injured muscles and encourage detoxification.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage can improve flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improve blood circulation and lymphatic flow, and ease muscular tension.
