Reinvigorate Recalathon

Activities, workshops and events designed to promote physical movement and release stress.
Our Reinvigorate Recalathon is about increasing physical activity and reducing stress and tension. Each of the activities, workshops and events will help individuals understand the importance of our physical health and how it connects to our mental health and well-being. Many of the activities will also help forge stronger bonds within the team.


The health benefits of physical activity include weight control, efficient functioning of key organs, and lowering hypertension, all of which lead to increased energy levels.


Participating actively in a sporting event, or attending as a spectator, is fun and enjoyable. It’s a great way to create new, positive memories.


Being involved in a group activity in a relaxed environment helps break down barriers, allowing stronger relationships to develop.

What YouCan Experience

As with all of our Recalathons, your group can complete the Reinvigorate Recalathon in its entirety over a few days. Alternatively, you can select modules from this Recalathon, along with modules from others, to create a tailored programme.


Yoga or Pilates

Yoga and Pilates improve strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga can also have a calming effect on the mind and can benefit the cardiovascular, digestive and nervous systems.

Functional Movement

Movement is the medicine your body is craving to detoxify and energise. The focus is to increase the quality and efficiency of functional movement for all levels of fitness.

Various Sporting Activities

Sports and team activities are an opportunity to come up with a game plan and strategies to win for the team. Successful teamwork and communication is the ultimate goal.

Beach Activities

Kerry’s stunning beaches make a perfect backdrop for sporting activities, fun and games. Participate in team sports or take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic before enjoying a beach barbeque.

Hiking and Biking

Whether on foot or by wheels, you’ll be getting a fantastic cardio workout around Kerry’s mountains and valleys. The scenery alone will leave you breathless.

Physical Wellbeing and Nutrition

Learn about factors which influence our health. From workplace ergonomics and adequate sleep to the foods that we eat and how they can impact our mood, concentration levels and performance.
