Our Recharge Recalathon is about inspiring positive change for improved health and increased happiness. Each of the workshops, activities and events are designed to nurture both body and mind. Implementing even the smallest changes can be hugely beneficial for your personal and professional lives.

Breakaway from the routine of a sedentary work lifestyle. Focus on exercise and nutritional education to improve physical wellbeing through minor adjustments.

A positive mental state leads to a clearer mind and improved creativity, resilience and relationships, both at work and home.

Unplug from the digital world and focus on connecting with inner selves and with others. Gain the tools needed to create these connections, relax, and rejuvenate.

What YouCan Experience

As with all of our Recalathons, your group can complete the Recharge Recalathon in its entirety over a few days. Alternatively, you can select modules from this Recalathon, along with modules from others, to create a tailored programme.

Wellness

Healthy eating and nutrition

What we eat can impact our work performance, mood and concentration. Understand the key nutrients required to feel good and boost performance.

Breathing techniques for stress relief

Energise and destress whilst learning about the connection between anatomy, psychology and emotional well-being. Includes breathing exercises and meditative breathing practice.

Sleep Therapy

Learn how to maximise sleep for a greater level of functioning. Includes the importance of sleep and recovery and how it affects day to day living.

Meditation Techniques

A quiet and calm mind improves physical and emotional well-being. Learn how to focus your attention and eliminate the constant stream of thoughts that run through your mind.

Emotional Resilience

Identify which behaviours help you ‘bounce back’ and build awareness of how to manage stressful situations. Learn how to receive negative feedback, communicate, analyse and push forward.

Self Care

Improving the relationship you have with your career and workplace can reduce stress and increase joy. Learn the tools and evaluation techniques to implement a personalised self-care plan.
